The County Clerk's Office is a
constitutional office as set forth in the New Jersey
State Constitution. In Passaic County the office is
comprised of the County Clerk Division, which
includes the Election Division, and Registry of
Deeds Division. Please click on the appropriate tab

The County Clerk's offices are located in the
Passaic County Administration Building in Paterson
with services also provided at municipal buildings
throughout the county on a rotating basis. For more
