In Passaic County, the County Clerk's Office is the official repository of all documents affecting real property and its ownership and/or transfer. Deeds and Mortgages are not available online and may only be viewed in the Registry Vault, which is open during our normal business hours of 8:30AM- 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
