Finance Department The Finance Department is made up of four divisions: Finance, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Insurance/ Employee Benefits. The Finance department prepares the County’s Annual Budget, controls and monitors all fiscal records including investments, disbursements, and ancillary transactions that would affect all government finances.
