Passaic County Technical Institute The Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) is a comprehensive public high school offering both academic and career oriented educational programs. PCTI is an award winning school situated on a 55 plus acre campus in Wayne that serves all of Passaic County. There are currently 2,000 high school students enrolled at PCTI with 1, 500 adults attending evening instructional courses.
