Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) - For more than 30 years the EDF has been committed to educating the public about important environmental issues. The Environmental Hotline - Earth's 911 - a comprehensive database on recycling, household hazardous waste, buy recycled information. All our Passaic County information is included. Keep America Beautiful - this nationwide non-profit organization has developed a network of programs that involves millions of volunteers to educate individuals about the ways to prevent litter as well as to reduce, reuse and recycle. the special studies conducted by this organization. Pennsylvania Resource Council(PRC)
- An organization started back in the 1930’s and still going strong. Association of New Jersey
Recyclers(ANJR) - A non-profit organization of professionals committed to
environmental sustainability through sound resource management. JUST FOR EDUCATORS Cornell University's Waste
Management Institute - A number of education related documents and research project
