Clerk to the Board of Chosen Freeholders

Coordinating and preparing those things needed for Freeholder meetings including meeting scheduling, preparation of agendas, and correspondence to Freeholders; attendance; recording votes and actions; processing of all resolutions and ordinances, and forwarding to appropriate entities; required legal advertising; acts as the depository of vital County documents including resolutions, ordinances, contracts, bonds, minutes of meetings, and insurance policies; custodian of the official County seal and affixing it to appropriate documents.
