Health Department

 

The Passaic County Department of Health, is an agent of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and as such is responsible to ensure the county’s compliance with statutes and regulations governing air, water, noise, solid waste and hazardous materials pollution. The health department is comprised of eight divisions all working to insure the public health, safety, and well-being.
