Human Services
The Human Services Department is a social
services umbrella agency concerned with planning, funding, and implementing
services for the homeless, at-risk youth and other disadvantaged residents of
Passaic County. The department is comprised of four divisions, which include
Addiction Services, Family Services, Mental Health, and the Youth Services
Commission.
