Apartment Information and Listings
The Passaic County Public Housing Agency is responsible for the Administration of 835 federally funded Housing Choice Vouchers which provide rental assistance to eligible County residents who reside in privately owned apartments. The Board of Commissioners, which sets policy for the Agency, is comprised of six Freeholders and one resident. The Board welcomes any and all comments from the Public. Any Landlord that is interested in working with the Program may list their available apartments either directly on our website or by calling the office.
The Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List is currently closed. No new applications are being accepted at this time. Applicants who are already on the Waiting List may access “Waiting List Inquiry Form” on this website to confirm their status. In the event the Waiting List becomes open to new applicants, it will be advertised on this Website and in local newspapers.
