Collection and Use of Online Information
You do not need to provide personal information about yourself in order to visit the County of Passaic Web site. However, if you choose to utilize the GovDelivery application then you must enter the personal information requested by GovDelivery in order to register to receive subscriptions or notices pertaining to documents that you have requested from the County of Passaic.

What is GovDelivery?
GovDelivery is a hosted Web application that allows governments and other organizations to improve distribution of documents and information.

Utilization of information you provide when using the County of Passaic Web site and GovDelivery
We use this information you share with us:

	To provide the services you request.
	To improve the content of the Web site.
	For announcements related to new content on the portion of the site you were using when you provided the information.

We will not provide any personal information about you to any third party except as required by law.

In addition to the information that you provide, GovDelivery uses technology that lets us know what type of browser you are using, the Web site from which you enter GovDelivery, which GovDelivery pages you view. This technology is used to simply help us compile statistics about our visitors and their use of the GovDelivery application.

Other Sites
The County of Passaic Web site may contain links to other web sites, which are not owned, operated, controlled, or reviewed by the County. When you link to another site you are no longer on the County of Passaic site, and we disclaim any liability or obligation to you or any other person that may result from your access to or reliance upon any information contained in these Web sites, including any alleged infringement of copyright or trademark. When you link to another web site you are subject to the legal terms and privacy rules of the new web site.

Cookies
Users browsing documents from one of our partners will receive a "session cookie" that is stored on the user's computer only until they close the browser. The session cookie allows the server software to keep the user logged in as they browse GovDelivery. The cookie is not shared with other web sites, does not track or store personal information, and expires as soon as the user closes the browser.

What if you do not wish to have your information stored by GovDelivery for any reason?
If you have provided your information to GovDelivery for whatever reason and would prefer that GovDelivery not store your information for any purpose, simply visit GovDelivery to cancel your subscription and delete your profile. You can also request removal from our database by sending an e-mail to remove@govdocs.com stating your request. We will act promptly to honor your request.

Children
The County of Passaic and GovDelivery do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a child has provided personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian send an e-mail to support@govdocs.com with the child's name and we will do our best to delete the information from our files.

Your Consent
By visiting the County of Passaic Web site and using GovDelivery, you consent to our use of the information you provide to us as described in these Terms of Use. As we implement new technology and introduce new services, we will update our Terms of Use, so we encourage you to review it often.
