The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners and Passaic County’s Solid Waste & Recycling Program (division of Dept. of Health Services) are offering a free reusable tote bag collection for Passaic County residents (proof of residency required).  Bags will be sanitized and donated to Passaic County food pantries and other charities in need.
