Passaic County is hosting a public meeting to show plans for the Highlands Rail Trail Phase 2, which will be located from the intersection of F.A. Orechio Drive and Ringwood Avenue up to Conklintown Road.  

This project will build on the success of Phase 1, creating even more safe, scenic, and accessible opportunities for walking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors.
