The Passaic County Department of Health Services will host an SMAC Clinic on Monday, February 2 from 9 AM to 12 PM at West Milford Town Hall, located at 1480 Union Valley Road in West Milford. 

Basic Screenings:

$40: Chem 23, Lipid Profile, CBC w/Diff, PSA

Additional Optional Tests (Various Fees):

Hepatitis B Immunity Titer, MMR Panel, Thyroid tests (TSH, T3 Uptake, T4), PSA, Urinalysis, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Hepatitis C Antibody, Lyme Antibody, Blood Type/Rh, Iron, Homocysteine & hs-CRP, Hemoglobin A1C, Lead (whole blood), and more.
