The Point-In-Time Count is a one-day snapshot of homeless populations in our community that captures the number and characteristic of people who are experiencing homelessness.

Knowing the number and nature of people who are homeless and understanding the trends can help our community better understand the scope of the issue, improve system efficiency, strategically plan for resources, and promote effective interventions. 

Passaic County, in collaboration with St. Paul's Community Development Corporation, Eva's Village, Heart of Hannah, Monarch Housing Associates, and other partners, invites community members to volunteer for this vital effort.  Volunteers will assist with outreach to gather information and connect with individuals in need.
