The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners and Passaic County’s Solid Waste & Recycling Program (division of Dept. of Health Services) are offering a free reusable tote bag collection for Passaic County residents (proof of residency required). 

Before donating: Please sanitize bags that are laminated or polyester based by wiping all parts thoroughly with anti-bacterial wipes, and if made of cloth or fabric, by laundering in washing machine and letting them drip dry.
