Preakness Healthcare Center is a 406-bed nursing facility providing subacute and long-term care. Under direction of a registered professional nurse, performs the nursing duties involved in the care of residents as a member of the interdisciplinary care team to provide resident-centered care and maintains required documentation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform preliminary resident assessments
- Medication administration
- Treatments as per physician orders
- Maintain required documentation
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with residents and staff

Note: This is a full-time position that includes working every other weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
Shifts:
7 AM to 3 PM
3 PM to 11 PM
11 PM to 7 AM
License: Registration as Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of NJ.
