Through traffic will not be maintained in either direction, except as noted below.
• Emergency access and local traffic (residents and local deliveries) will be permitted.
• Right turns only exiting the Police Academy driveway will be permitted.
• School bus stops within the road closure will be maintained.

To accommodate the start of school, from Tuesday, September 2 to Friday, September 5, through traffic will be maintained in the southerly direction from Kattak Parkway to Reinhardt Road from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. only.

Starting on Tuesday, July 22 and continuing for six (6) weeks until Friday, August 29, a one-way detour will be established on Preakness Avenue for westbound traffic between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closure of Oldham Road from Preakness Avenue to Reinhardt Road will also occur during this period.
