Passaic County, NJ – Passaic County is updating its Home Energy Program to continue to support residents. Beginning October 1, 2025, the program will operate with a new schedule at two convenient office locations.  
  
Key Changes:  

• Paterson Office (Center City Mall, Upper Level, 301 Main Street, Paterson): Open only on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM.  

• Totowa Office (930 Riverview Drive, Suite 250, Totowa): Open only on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM.  

• Fridays: Processing Day only; no walk-in client hours.  

• Passaic City Hall will no longer host a Home Energy office location.  

  
These changes are necessary to maintain services while adapting to staffing and funding adjustments. The County encourages residents to plan their visits according to the new schedule.  
 
Clients are encouraged to apply online, at dcaid.dca.nj.gov, to avoid long wait times for clients applying in-office.
