According to the National Weather Service, the forecasted overnight temperature is expected to fall below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, therefore by authority of the Passaic County Board of County Commissioners, a Code Blue Alert is being issued for Passaic County to begin at 9:00 pm on Thursday, February 25, 2021 and to end at 9:00 am on Friday, February 26, 2021. According to the National Weather Service (1) the temperature will reach 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower; or (2) a windfall temperature of zero degrees Fahrenheit or less for a period of two (2) hours or more.
