Stephen Orsini serves as the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds for Passaic County, overseeing facility operations, capital improvements, and maintenance across all County buildings and the Courthouse Complex.  A Certified Public Works Manager with nearly four decades of experience in public works and facilities management, Mr. Orsini has been with Passaic County since 2015.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he helped lead County efforts to keep facilities sanitized and supported the setup and operation of testing and vaccination sites.  Prior to his County service, he worked for the Borough of North Haledon’s Department of Public Works for over a decade.

A lifelong resident of Passaic County, Mr. Orsini was born and raised in Paterson’s Riverside neighborhood and has lived in North Haledon since 1979.  He is a proud husband, father of two, and grandfather of two.
