The Passaic County Purchasing Agent and County Counsel are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Local Public Contracts Law. The Local Public Contracts Law governs the procurement of goods and services by the County of Passaic.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. § 40A:11-4.1 et seq, the Purchasing Agent issues a notice to bidders publicly advertising goods and services required for County operations. Bid opportunities are available at www.passaicbids.com

Respondents can sign up for e-mail notifications of opportunities to do business with the County. You are strongly encouraged to monitor the website to track current opportunities.

At the purchasing website, potential respondents can sign up to download bid packages. The bid packages will include all the information and forms necessary to submit a responsive bid for the services requested by the County.
