Designated concession areas are clearly identified on official park maps by the FOOD symbol. By signing and accepting the permit, the concessionaire acknowledges and agrees to operate solely within these approved locations.
Operation outside of the designated areas will result in the immediate voiding of the permit. No refunds will be issued.
Passaic County authorizes concessionaires to operate mobile food concession services only within the approved areas and only during official park hours. Concessionaires may not conduct business while a park is closed.
Additional Conditions
Please note that Passaic County does not assign specific operating dates or times for concession permits. Additionally, permits are automatically void in the event that Passaic County schedules an official event within the park.
