Strategic Infrastructure Investment Plan (project completed July 2024) 

Passaic County has launched the Passaic County Strategic Infrastructure Investment Plan, a countywide initiative to identify Priority Investment Areas where public investment in transportation project improvements can motivate private investment, redevelopment, or new development.
