ALL PLANNING BOARD MEETINGS TO BE HELD VIRTUALLY UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTICED

The Passaic County Planning Board will meet virtually by default. Please check the Planning Board home page for meeting links. The Planning Board schedule remains unchanged. 

In-Person Meeting Information

Planning Board meetings that meet in-person will be noticed ahead of time on the Passaic County legal notices board and on the Planning Department webpage. In-person meetings will take place at in the County Commissioner Meeting Room, Room 220, at the County Administration Building, 401 Grand Street, Paterson. Parking is available in the County Employee parking deck for after-hours Planning Board meetings. 

Changes to Planning Board Items

Following a resolution passed by the Board of County Commissioners, site plan/subdivision applications are no longer reviewed by the Planning Board; site plan/subdivision review will now be handled by the Development Review Committee. In accordance with the County Planning Act, all complete submissions shall receive confirmation of submission within 30 days of receipt. Applicants will be contacted by staff with the date of their Development Review Committee hearing.
