In accordance with New Jersey Senate Bill 4654, signed into law on June 30, 2025 by Governor Phil Murphy, the County of Passaic will begin posting all public and legal notices on its official county website at the link below starting March 1, 2026.  These notices will also be shared with the New Jersey Department of State for posting on the Statewide Legal Notices Listings webpage.
