The Raceway Redevelopment Corporation (RRC) is a non-profit redevelopment entity jointly formed by the Board of County Commissioners and City of Paterson. The RRC is the lead redevelopment entity for rehabilitating the raceway system in the City of Paterson, a key contributing cultural resource and feature within the boundaries of the Great Falls National Historic Park, representing the most extensive remaining collections of engineering, planning, and architectural works of the earliest industrial period in United States' history. The RRC is comprised of local, county, and federal officials, as well as various stakeholders interested in rehabilitating the raceway system and the expansion of greenspace in the City of Paterson and County of Passaic.
