Film Festival

Welcome to the 17th annual Passaic County Film Festival, sponsored by the Passaic County Board of County Commissioners!


Passaic County Film Festival Guidelines

We welcome the submission of 10-minute short films, PSA's, documentaries, and Music Videos from High School, College/University Students and Independent Filmmakers who live, work or attend school in Passaic County, New Jersey USA.  All entries must be the sole creative and technical effort of the individual(s) submitting the work. The film must be produced, directed, edited, etc. by High School Students, University Students or Independent Filmmakers only. There is no entrance fee for artists and no admission fees for the festival.

Film entries must be 10 minutes in length or less and fall into the following film categories:   

1. General Short Film
2. Public Service Announcement 
3. Documentary Short Film 

4. Music Video and Performance

One Grand Prize will also be awarded as the best film of
the festival. The North Jersey Federal Credit Union will offer a special recognition to "Rising Star" filmmakers.
