Purchasing

In response to the new and concerning health situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus, or coronavirus as it’s commonly known, we want to ensure you that the County of Passaic is taking all necessary precautions and following protocols and guidelines provided by the NJ Department of Health. The County will remain open for business and will not be limiting its regular business hours at this time. Where appropriate, the County may ask that you work with us remotely. Please note, our current contracts, billing cycles, and project deadlines shall remain in place.

We will continue to provide you with updates as new information is released and new County policies are instated. We thank you for your patience as we work through this evolving situation.

In accordance with Executive Order No. 103 declaring a Public Health Emergency and State of Emergency in New Jersey because of Coronavirus 2019 disease (hereafter "COVID-19"), Passaic County will host virtual bid openings.  In order to be a participant and receive our invitation, you will be required to provide us with a valid email address when downloading bids.

Notice to Bidders

 

The Passaic County Purchasing Department has launched a new enhanced Purchasing Portal. This new system requires bidders to register online using the following link:  https://www.passaicbids.com/index.php/account/manage 

Please note: all interested bidders must register in the new Passaic County Purchasing Portal. Data from our previous system will not carry over.
