A voter may apply for a mail-in ballot by mail up to seven days prior to the election and may also apply in person until 3:00 p.m. the day before the election. If applying by mail, the application must be received in our office, not postmarked, seven days before the election.

Election Results

Passaic County’s election results are available on this website Election Night. Please note, before the voting information is provided to the county, all voting materials are delivered to the appropriate Municipal Clerk’s office to begin the process of tallying the votes. The Clerk’s office will then immediately post the election results to the County Website.

Copies of reports such as Mail in Ballot Lists and Voter Registration Lists are available through the Clerk’s Office for a fee and by requesting ahead of time. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
