The entrance of 71 Hamilton Street is closed and individuals visiting the Surrogate’s Court need to enter through 77 Hamilton Street.
All night court hours are 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please sign in upon your arrival. All appointments will be called in order on the sign-in sheet.
Surrogate services for Passaic County residents who are ill, homebound or handicapped and are unable to travel.
