In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), the County of Passaic will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities. 

The ADA requires that all Passaic County services, and activities be accessible to persons with disabilities.  The County's employees and citizens with ADA-related questions, concerns, and grievances should contact the ADA Coordinator at (973) 881-4531.  Passaic County will work to resolve all grievances for employees and citizens as expeditiously as possible.  Complaints must be filed as provided for in the Grievance Complaint Form.
