• Passaic County Clerk Elections Division: Responsible for Balloting Printing, Certifying Election Results, Preparing Vote-by-Mail Ballots, Processing Vote-by-Mail Applications, Petitions, ELC Filing
• Passaic County Superintendent of Elections: Responsible for Voter Registration, Party Affiliation Changes, Maintaining Voter History, Voting Machines and Electronic Poll Books, Enforcement of all election laws and ensuring compliance with NJSA Title 19 and the National Voting Rights Act.
